How long will my order take?
Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days. After that, allow 1 to 5 business days within Canada, 3 to 7 in the United States and 5 to 12 internationally. Times vary by carrier and destination.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within Canada on orders of $100 or more. For other countries, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination.
How do I track my parcel?
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships. You can then track the parcel directly with the link you receive.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are not refundable. Write to us first at lunoorentreprise@gmail.com: the return must be approved before you send it, and we will give you the address and instructions.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page shows the sizes offered. Every product that has a size chart displays a “Size guide” link on its page, with measurements in centimetres. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for a relaxed fit or the smaller one for a fitted look.
How do I care for my clothes?
To keep your pieces looking new: wash in cold water, inside out, with similar colours. Avoid the dryer and dry flat or on a hanger. Iron on low heat if needed, and do not use bleach. Specific tips for each piece appear on its product page.
