Welcome to the Lunøør wholesale program.

Lunøør offers shops, distributors and professional resellers clothing and accessories that bring together elegance, comfort and a modern feel.

This policy sets out the general terms that apply to B2B business relationships with Lunøør, subject to mandatory legal provisions and to any particular agreements made in writing.

1. Reseller eligibility

The wholesale program is intended for physical shops, online stores, distributors, businesses and independent resellers.

Every request to open a professional account is reviewed.

Lunøør reserves the right to accept or decline an application based on objective and lawful business criteria.

Approval of an account gives access to the professional offers available for the reseller's profile.

2. Access to the B2B catalogue

Approved resellers can access the Lunøør professional catalogue and the pricing assigned to them.

Prices, available products and business terms may vary by collection, volume and particular agreement.

Access to the professional account cannot be transferred to a third party without authorization.

3. Minimum order quantities

Lunøør does not set a single minimum quantity across all of its products.

Minimum quantities may vary depending on:

  • The type of product.
  • The collection.
  • The sizes and colours.
  • Stock availability.
  • Manufacturing or customization requirements.
  • The total volume of the order.

The applicable minimums are shown in the professional catalogue, in a business offer, or communicated to the reseller before the order is confirmed.

4. Professional pricing

B2B pricing is communicated to approved resellers.

Prices may vary by product, order volume and negotiated business terms.

Any taxes, shipping costs and import fees are stated in line with the terms that apply to each order.

Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders already accepted, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

5. Payment terms

Payment terms are set individually with each reseller.

Depending on the nature and volume of the order, Lunøør and the reseller may agree, among other things, on:

  • Full payment before shipping.
  • A deposit followed by payment of the balance.
  • A payment schedule.
  • Other business terms agreed in writing.

No payment facility or credit term is granted automatically.

The terms chosen, the due dates and the accepted means of payment must be confirmed in writing before the order is validated.

6. Order confirmation

An order is considered accepted once Lunøør confirms in writing the products, quantities, prices, payment terms and delivery terms.

Any later change must be agreed between the parties.

7. Preparation and delivery

Preparation and shipping times vary by stock, quantity and destination.

The times given are estimates, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

For international shipments, the responsibilities for customs formalities, duties and import taxes are stated before the order is confirmed.

8. Cancellations, returns and claims

The cancellation and return terms are communicated before each order is confirmed.

Custom or specially made orders may be subject to particular cancellation or return restrictions, within the limits allowed by law.

In the case of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, the reseller must contact Lunøør within a reasonable time after discovering the problem and provide the information needed to handle it.

The rights and remedies provided by applicable laws remain reserved.

9. Use of the Lunøør brand

Authorized resellers may sell authentic Lunøør products in line with the agreed terms.

Any change to the labels, logos, brand packaging or presentation of the Lunøør identity requires prior authorization.

The photographs and promotional content provided by Lunøør may only be used within the limits of the authorizations granted.

10. Distribution and exclusivity

Approval of a professional account grants no territorial, commercial or distribution exclusivity.

Any exclusivity must be set out in a separate written agreement.

Resellers remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their business activities.

11. Business confidentiality

Confidential pricing, personalized offers, non-public quotes and individually negotiated terms must not be disclosed to third parties without authorization, except where required by law.

12. Suspension of professional accounts

Lunøør may suspend or withdraw access to its B2B program in the case of fraud, non-payment, unauthorized use of the account or a substantial breach of the business terms, subject to applicable legal obligations.

13. Changes to the policy

Lunøør may change this policy for future relationships and orders.

The terms expressly agreed for an order already accepted remain applicable, unless agreed otherwise in writing or required by law.
